Windows XP:
* When you open 2+ folders, all of them appear in different windows in the start menu bar.
* It is more complicated than Widnows7.
* You can't add widgets to your desktop (such as a date&time icon).
* Have no problems with games such as the resolution problems in Windows7.

Windows7
* If you open 2+ folders, all of them appear in ONE button in the start menu bar.
* You can add widgets to your desktop.
* With one word, Windows7 is SIMPLE for members.
* A lot of people have problems with the resolution of the games if they use Windows7 (They should edit the resolution of EACH game they want to play in a full screen mode).
* Windows7 will ask you every time if you want to open an application as an administrator, which really confuse members why is this so!!!
* The start menu looks better and simpler than in the Windows XP.
* And last, but not least, Windows7 can find drivers, so most times you don't need to look in internet for drivers for your scanner, printer, etc, because Widnows 7 will find the exact driver that your device needs to work properly.
